I had the privilege of being mentored by ‘Dr. Ritika Gauba’ from ‘Zenith PhD Training & Consultancy’ during my PhD admission preparation. I just began making plans to enrol in a doctoral program during my last year of my bachelor’s degree. As aspiring researchers we always stand at the crossroads of multiple opportunities ahead, in need of a helping hand to guide us the right way.
My research journey started with a dream but with lots of complexities, confusions and turmoil. I was in dire need of someone who could guide me through the journey.
I came to know of Ritika mam through a video I saw on YouTube and then I spoke with her over call, we then scheduled an online one to one video call for around 15 min. Those 15 mins were enough for me to realise that the angel of hope has appeared.
She guided me through the entire procedure, explained the possibilities of the journey and analysed my strengths and weaknesses.

Dr. Ritika strongly empathizes with one’s career goals and ambitions. She helped me transcend a nascent thought of engaging in research to getting admitted into ISB’s executive fellow program. With a number of years of industry experience and a management degree from IIM, I was scouting for options to help research on a few areas of interest. Her methodological approach to review the course curriculum and make me understand the differentiating or standard aspects of a given program was of immense value.

Being a corporate veteran for more than 16 years and then planning for a PhD definitely had a lot of questions and apprehensions in my mind.
