About Dr. Ritika Gauba
Dr. Ritika Gauba the Founder & CEO of Zenith Ph.D. Training & Consultancy is a Ph.D. Coach, Mentor & Guide. She has an in-depth knowledge of all the Ph.D. rules by UGC and the New Education Policy. She has done an unfathomable study of the Ph.D. regulations of more than 1000 Indian and international universities, including institutions of national importance like IIMs, IITs, IIITs, IVY League colleges & so on, making her a specialist in the area.
Dr. Ritika incorporated Zenith PhD Training Consultancy – a unit of Raavika Enterprises. Before ZPTC, for almost 20 years, Dr. Ritika worked as a Professor and Trainer with various reputed higher educational institutions across India. Dr. Gauba has a master’s & Ph.D. from the University of Lucknow. She has also qualified UGC NET and has presented and published papers in various international and national journals and conferences of eminence including IIMs & IITs.
As a trainer, Dr. Ritika has conducted multiple training sessions for graduate and postgraduate students in institutions across India. Dr. Gauba has also given management training to professionals of various government organizations including Army Training Institute, Electricity Training Institute, SGPGI Hospital Lucknow and Institute of Cooperative Management, National Council for Cooperative Training, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
Dr. Gauba also launched a YouTube Channel exclusively dedicated to PhD – All about PhD by Dr. Ritika Gauba, with the mission to provide accurate and in-depth Ph.D. knowledge to students and faculty.

How did we come up with
the idea of ZPTC

Zenith PhD Training & Consultancy a unit of Raavika Enterprises LLP (RELP) a company dedicating to resolving PhD queries & educating people about this highest education degree is the brain child of Dr. Ritika Gauba.

Dr Gauba, Director Partner of RELP was engaged as a PhD consultant by a deemed university. While assisting the university set up the PhD department Dr. Ritika had to do an in depth study of all the higher education policies specially the regulations related to PhD India. To help the university set high standards of PhD regulations, Dr Ritika also read the PhD guidelines of more than 500 educational institutions in India and almost 100 educational institutes abroad. Besides this she also had to educate herself about all types of PhD fellowships, entrance examinations, eligibility examinations, New Education Policy and all other important regulations related to higher education & PhD.

While designing the PhD policy for the university, Dr Ritika Gauba discovered the lack of knowledge& clarity related to PhD. It was a matter of concern that this deficiency was seen not only amongst PhD students & aspirant but also amongst the higher education faculty members .While there were hundreds of websites and consultants ready to write thesis, research papers & sell PhD degree in exchange of money , there was no one to help the genuine seekers of knowledge.
Everyone knew the gravitas attached to PhD , all knew the importance of genuine research but no person , channel, website or application had answers to all PhD related questions. . This was a big lacuna that seemed to be hindering the growth of genuine PhD in India. To fill this lacuna or gap Dr Ritika on the 9th of August 2021 established Zenith PhD Training & Consultancy which is now a unit of Raavika Enterprises LLP .
